Sales Director – Residential

A market-leading residential agency is hiring a Sales Director for its high-performing Greenwich office, one of the fastest-growing sales operations in the area.

This is a standout opportunity for a driven residential sales professional with leadership ability, strong local market knowledge and a proven track record.

The Role
*Lead, motivate and develop a successful residential sales team
*Drive instructions, offers and completions across the Greenwich market
*Build and manage strong relationships with vendors, buyers, investors and developers
*Handle negotiations professionally and see deals through from launch to completion
*Maintain exceptional market knowledge and competitor awareness
*Act as a brand ambassador, delivering consistently high service standards
The Person *Proven experience in residential sales
*Strong sales numbers and deal-closing ability
*Natural leader with coaching and mentoring experience
*Commercial, confident and highly client-focused
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Package *Basic salary up to £40,000
*£5,000 car allowance
*£110,000 OTE
*Private medical, dental & healthcare
