Job Description:
With a passion for the London residential market, the Associate will manage both sales and lettings transactions, delivering an exceptional service to clients throughout the process.
Key responsibilities: *Manage and progress sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to completion
*Qualify applicants, match them with suitable properties and conduct viewings
*Maintain strong communication with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors to secure offers and progress deals
*Carry out market appraisals for sales and lettings, converting valuations into instructions
*Prepare properties for move-in in collaboration with Property Management
*Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as mortgages and insurance

*Basic salary of £30,000
*Tiered commission structure up to 25%
