Senior Financial Planning Administrator
Salary: up to £33,000
Location: Nottingham


Our Client are a growing and very well-established Firm of Financial Planners who due to growth are seeking an experienced Senior Practice Administrator to work closely with their CEO, Financial Planners and Paraplanners to improve case turnaround times and workflow efficiency, ultimately delivering an enhanced client experience.


Key Responsibilities
*Prepare comprehensive meeting packs for the CEO for review and new business meetings, including printing, pre-populating relevant forms, and preparing documentation for client completion
*Draft post-meeting letters summarising outcomes from CEO review meetings
*Complete fund switches and prepare all associated paperwork
*Produce FE Analytics performance charts for client presentation packs and ad-hoc CEO support
*Prepare protection comparison reports, quotations, and process applications as required
*Collate Letters of Authority information via file notes or written confirmation, ensuring all required details are received
*Complete analytics and obtain CYC prior to passing cases to the CEO, maintaining bi-weekly client contact with progress updates
*Book drawdown review meetings, ensuring State Pension forecasts are obtained in advance
*Complete trust documentation in line with St. James’s Place guidance and support materials
*Take ownership of new administrative projections or processes as required by regulatory or business changes
*Input accurate data into cashflow modelling systems to support case construction
*Undertake PA duties when required to provide holiday or sickness cover
*Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to explain services and processes
*Complete additional administrative duties as required by the CEO or wider business


Skills & Experience
*Proven experience in a Financial Services Administration role
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining service levels
*Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
*Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on mitigating errors and ensuring accuracy
*Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to research solutions independently
*Adaptable and responsive to changing business priorities
*Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Professional telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
