Senior Lettings Negotiator / Associate – Notting Hil
*Managing and growing a residential lettings portfolio
*Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing deals through to completion
*Building and maintaining strong landlord and applicant relationships
*Supporting the Office Head with the day-to-day running of the lettings business
*Working in a high-performing office with excellent stock levels
Requirements: *2+ years’ experience in residential lettings
*Experience within PCL (Prime Central London) is highly desirable
*Proven billing ability and strong negotiation skills
*Professional, confident, and commercially minded
Salary & Package: *Basic salary: £25,000 – £30,000
*Car allowance: £3,500 – £4,500
*Holiday: 27 days + bank holidays
*Commission structure with significant earning potential
*The departing negotiator was billing £400k–£450k per annum, earning circa £85k

Working Hours: *Monday to Friday
*Saturdays 1 in 3 or 1 in 4
*9:00am–4:00pm or 10:00am–5:00pm
