Job Description:
A thriving company are currently looking for a Service Desk Administrator. The Service Desk Administrator role involves assisting with scheduling engineers, raising required works orders and providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider team.

*Parking available
Service Desk Administrator responsibilities:
*Organising visits and remedial works
*Raising work orders using the in-house database
*Scheduling engineers and subcontractors
*Liaising with the internal team as required
*Preparing completed work orders for invoicing purposes
*Uploading compliancy documents onto online portals
*Chasing engineers for job information and outcomes
*Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
*Assisting with general administration including scanning, photocopying, and answering incoming calls from engineers.
Service Desk Administrator skills
*Previous experience in a similar role desirable
*Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
