Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Start March 2026
Location: Central London

What You’ll Do:
* Source and engage candidates through direct outreach and networking

* Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer
* Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
* Achieve targets and earn commission
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, telesales, or any target-driven role
* Strong communication and influencing skills

Package & Benefits:
* £27,000 base salary + uncapped commission
* Year 1 OTE: £38,000-£48,000
* Year 2 OTE: £45,000-£70,000
* Year 3 OTE: £70,000-£100,000+
