Customer Support Executive
Cheadle
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus OTE £37,000- £40,000
Are you confident on the phone, highly organised, and great at guiding customers through important steps? We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to support customers from the moment their finance is approved right through to the final payout.
This role is all about delivering a smooth, compliant, and supportive customer journey. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers during the final stages of their finance process, helping them complete documents, answering questions, and keeping everything moving between the Sales and Payouts teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Guiding customers through the required pre-contract information in a clear and friendly way
- Helping customers complete their electronic documents and resolving any issues that might delay progress
- Acting as the main contact for customers once their finance is approved
- Requesting invoices from supplying dealers and checking all documents are accurate
- Working closely with the Sales team to resolve outstanding items or customer queries
- Liaising with the Payouts team to ensure each deal is ready to be released without delays
- Keeping accurate notes and records in line with regulatory and internal standards
- Proactively chasing missing information to prevent cancellations or slowdowns
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a car finance broker, lender, or motor finance environment is ideal
- Strong understanding of regulated customer communication and compliance
- A confident, professional telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases at once and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working between teams and keeping deals moving
