New Business Executive
Specialist Finance
Wigan
£27k pa
The New Business Executive will provide a proactive telephone based service which is inbound and outbound. The role will see contact made with both ’unknown’ and ’known’ clients with a specific aim of generating an enquiry or answering enquiries. A secondary objective is to gather customer information which assists the business
No previous experience is required but candidates must be able to demonstrate either sales experience or strong customer service experience.
The New Business Executive will influence and persuade clients to supply new enquiries to the company and also answer any incoming enquiries that they may have
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute towards achieving team targets over time
• Achieve high standard of customer services
• Responsibility to ensure accurate data information is held on internal systems
• Constantly look to improve own skill levels by looking for new best practices.
• Responsible for regular communications with colleagues to ensure the customer process is accurate.
• Takes responsibility for compliance standards, ensuring enquiries are gathered in a compliant manner and regularly reviews customer process activities.
