General Mobile Operative East Devon District | £13.69 per hour | Day Shifts | Temporary - Ongoing | Start March
Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting General Mobile Operatives to join a recycling and environmental services team covering the East Devon District. This is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting recycling, cleaning, and grounds maintenance operations across multiple locations.
Key Duties * Emptying bins across designated sites.
* General area cleaning and grounds maintenance.
* Travelling across the district to complete assigned tasks.
* Working independently across multiple locations.
* Driving small caged trucks, vans, and similar vehicles.
Requirements * Full UK driving licence - essential.
* Previous experience as a recycling operative or in a similar manual role.
* Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting.
* Strong teamwork ethic.
* Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work.
What We Offer * Pay rate of £13.69 per hour.
* Day shift working pattern.
* Temporary ongoing role starting in March.
