We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our high-achieving Crawley team as a Recruitment Consultant on our thriving HR desk. his opportunity is open to experienced recruitment consultants , ideally with experience of running a busy HR desk !

You’ll work closely with Reed’s Top Billing Manager, supporting the continued growth of our successful Sussex patch. This is a warm desk with strong existing relationships and huge untapped potential across a large geographical area, particularly within the temporary market.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full 360° recruitment process, from business development and client meetings to candidate sourcing, interviewing and placing
* Using job boards, LinkedIn, adverts and referrals to attract top finance talent
* Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients across Sussex
* Visiting clients regularly to understand their needs — so a driving licence is essential
* Collaborating with a supportive, experienced team to drive overall branch success
What We’re Looking For
* Full UK driving licence
* This role involves frequent phone-based sales, so please only apply if you are comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
* Confidence in sales or a willingness to learn
* Resilience, determination and a desire to succeed
