A well-established and growing financial services group is seeking an experienced Quality Manager/Assessor to support and enhance the quality of regulated financial advice across multiple advisory businesses.
This is a key role focused on high standards, strong governance, and consistently good client outcomes.
The RoleYou’ll provide expert technical oversight across the full advice lifecycle, ensuring advice remains robust, compliant, and client-focused, while supporting advisers and paraplanners with high-quality guidance.
Key areas include:
*Technical support and quality assurance across regulated financial advice
*Pre-sale and post-sale reviews of complex and higher-risk cases
*Review of corporate and group advice, ensuring suitability and compliance
*Thematic and legacy file reviews to identify risk, trends, and improvement opportunities
*Clear documentation, MI, and reporting of findings and outcomes
*Constructive feedback to advisers to support learning and continuous improvement
*Close collaboration with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams
About You*Level 4 Financial Advice qualified (essential)
*Strong technical understanding of FCA rules and best practice
*Experience supporting and reviewing complex or higher-risk advice
*Comfortable working independently and delivering quality outputs at volume
*Professional, detail-focused, and client-outcome driven
Desirable:
Level 6 qualifications, AF7/AF8, compliance qualifications, or experience with corporate, group, or trust advice.
