Job Description:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit an interim Property Inspector. The role offers £26-£28 per hour via umbrella and will be split between onsite visits and office working.
Key Responsibilities
*Responsible the managing responsive maintenance services to homes.
*Carry out out pre- and post-repair inspections.
*Oversee and monitor repair and refurbishment works to void properties, ensuring quality and timely completion.
*Deliver planned and cyclical maintenance programmes in line with organisational policies and procedures.
About You
*Social Housing surveying/inspections experience is required.
*HNC/HND/Building Surveying Degree is desirable.
*UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
