Job Description:
Scenic Escape are based just outside St Neots in Cambridgeshire countryside. We specialise in scenic builds for a variety of applications – filming, corporate events and exhibitions to name a few. As a company we have grown hugely over the past year and are now looking to recruit further.
Job title: Office, Logistics, Operations Administrator
We are looking for someone to join our office team to work across the Operations and Logistics areas. They will be excited by the fast pace and new set of challenges each day. There will be many aspects to the role, but the personality needs to be right:
We’re looking for:
Good listening skills, able to pickup detail and ask questions and to be part of a team.
Responsibilities:
*Become proficient in using Current-RMS software
*Raise detailed purchase orders against projects
*Liaise with trucking companies when vehicles are required
*Create information packs for onsite freelancers
*Booking accommodation and flights
*Ordering stock and consumables such as carpet and timber
Skills:
*Competent with Microsoft 365 Packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Some knowledge of Current-RMS would be useful but not essential
*Must be fluent in the English language
*Full UK driving licence

*Flexible in your approach to working
*Independent, friendly and professional
*Have good organisational skills and an eye for detail
*Resourceful and work under pressure
The core hours for this role are 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
