Car Sales Executive – £24,000 Basic | £45,000+ OTE
Location: Penryn
Hours: 40
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £24,000 basic + uncapped OTE £45,000+ + benefits

My client is looking for a driven, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join their successful dealership team. Key Responsibilities
*Welcome customers to the dealership and provide an outstanding buying experience.
*Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance products.
*Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives in a professional and engaging manner.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, features, pricing, and promotions.
*Manage the full sales process from first contact to handover, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for the customer.
*Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
*Produce accurate paperwork and ensure compliance with FCA guidelines.
*Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Skills & Experience Required
*Experience in car sales or another targeted sales environment is desirable, but not essential.
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets.
*A positive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
*Full UK driving licence.
