Team Leader – Supported Living | Newcastle upon Tyne
Full-time | Rotational On-Call | Lifeways Group
Ready to take the next step in your care career? We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to support our Supported Living services in Newcastle — helping people live independently and lead fulfilling lives.
What you’ll do
? Support the Service Manager with daily operations
? Lead, coach, and mentor Support Workers
? Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
? Promote person-centred care and continuous improvement
What you’ll need
?? NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
?? Supervisory experience in a care setting
?? Flexibility to join a 24-hour on-call rota
