Team Assistant
Temp to Perm
£28 - £30p/h
City of London
An established financial group located in the City of London is seeking a Team Assistant to provide high-level support to Senior and Managing Directors, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their executives’ days run seamlessly. The successful Team Assistant will have previous experience supporting at MD level and team, working within financial services or banking. Hybrid working 4:1 available.
What you’ll do:
*Proactive diary management for 4 Managing Directors.
*Organise meetings and events for the team as required.
*Support in dealing with queries, including management of confidential information.
*Organise extensive travel (flights, hotels, taxis).
*Prepare detailed itineraries.
*Collate and distribute papers on ad-hoc basis.
*Prepare reports and presentations for committees.
*Process expense claims and leave requests.
*Drafting ad-hoc emails and producing high quality communications.
*Departmental meeting organisation and agenda preparation.
*Support with new starter onboarding.
What you’ll need:
*Prior experience in a similar role with 4+ years.
*Experience in banking or financial services - essential.
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
*Be proactive, results-driven, and highly accountable.
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively and calmly under pressure.
*Be collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
