Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
*Managing financial reporting for 22 branches as part of a close-knit business partnering team
*Acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders, including branch, sales, and commercial managers
*Presenting management information and recommendations to the C-Suite
*Identifying and delivering process improvements to boost profitability
*Supporting the production of P&L statements and performance analysis
*Translating finance for non-finance colleagues and building strong relationships across the business

What you will need:
*Studier or recently qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
*Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Analyst, or Management Accountant
*Experience partnering with departmental heads, IT, sales, or other business areas
*Proven ability to communicate finance to non-finance audiences
*Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
