What you’ll be doing

As a Mortgage Area Manager, you will:
*Drive performance and service standards across nine branches
*Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Mortgage Consultants and leaders
*Focus on retention, development, and career progression for the team
*Conduct high-quality T&C observations to support compliance and continual improvement
*Identify and maximise regional opportunities for growth
*Build strong partnerships with our Estate Agency network and senior leaders


What we’re looking for
*Strong knowledge of mortgages, protection products, and related services
*Proven leadership experience within Financial Services or Mortgage Services
*Exceptional coaching, communication, and influencing skills
*A strong track record in delivering results and customer excellence
*Commercial acumen and the ability to drive performance across multiple locations
*CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential
