We are working with a highly regarded and well-established East Kent based accountancy practice that is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Supervisor as part of its continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced personal tax professional who is keen to progress their career within a supportive, partner-led environment.

The role will include:
*A varied portfolio of private clients, covering a mix of personal tax compliance and advisory work
*Involvement in technical and project-based assignments led directly by partners
*Exposure to planning work including HNW individuals, trusts, estates and complex tax matters
*Supervising, mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships

The ideal candidate will have:
*Around 3+ years’ personal tax experience gained within an accountancy practice
*ATT and CTA qualification (or CTA finalist with strong progress)
*Strong technical knowledge combined with a commercial, client-focused approach
*A genuine desire to progress and take on increased responsibility
*Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with partners
