Job Description:
Account Manager excellent basic plus bonus
Hybrid working - driver required - Office based three days per week with client visits in London no more than once per week
Salary review every August
Flexible working hours 8–4, 9–5 or 9.30–5.30

We are looking for a dynamic experienced Account Manager to manage, retain, service and grow a portfolio of clients within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
This is a varied role combining organisation, coordinating and customer service/ account management . Your clients will be chefs and restaurant managers and you will be the go between the problem solver the one who makes things happen.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and growing existing client accounts
Monitoring price, quality and service levels
Resolving any supply, invoice and quality issues
Supporting customers with online ordering systems with full training provided
Working closely with suppliers and internal teams
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous Account Management or Business Development experience
Hospitality, food or restaurant industry knowledge preferred but not essential
Strong IT skills particularly MS Excel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, proactive and commercially aware approach
Full driving licence essential
