Events & Experiences | UK (Primarily Remote)
£50,000–£60,000 + Excellent Commission + Car Allowance

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing events-led business that delivers high-impact experiences for major brands. They’re now looking to appoint a New Business Development Director to lead growth, shape commercial strategy and build long-term, high-value client relationships.
This role offers exceptional flexibility — both in working pattern and location — making it ideal for experienced sales leaders seeking autonomy without compromising impact.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of new business strategy and delivery, driving revenue growth while positioning the business as a leading partner within the events space.
Key responsibilities include:
* Defining and executing a new business and growth strategy
* Securing high-value new clients and long-term partnerships
* Owning revenue targets, pipeline management and forecasting
* Collaborating with marketing and leadership teams to support brand positioning and lead generation
* Acting as a senior ambassador for the business at industry events and client meetings
* Providing commercial insight and performance reporting to senior leadership
* Supporting and mentoring business development colleagues, where required
About You
* Proven experience in senior business development or sales leadership, ideally within events, hospitality or agency environments
* Track record of winning and growing high-value accounts
* Commercially astute, confident managing revenue, margin and pipeline
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to deal-making
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment
* Confident representing a business at industry events and client functions
* Flexible to travel and host client events as required (including occasional out-of-hours)
