Residential Property Solicitor

A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in St Albans is seeking a commercially minded, pragmatic, and client-focused residential real estate Solicitor to join their busy team.
The practice acts for a diverse and prestigious client base, including individuals, high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, investment companies, professional landlords, developers, and corporates with property interests.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Between 5 and 7 years post-qualification experience in residential property law
*Strong technical training and experience to confidently manage a varied caseload
*The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and calm when dealing with clients
*A commercially aware and pragmatic approach with excellent client management skills
