Job Description:
Our client is a trading house seeking an Executive Assistant to support the HR team, offering a clear pathway into a long-term career in HR. This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who is looking to transition into a people-focused function within a professional, regulated environment.
The role will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the HR team, working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining exposure across core HR activities.
Key responsibilities include preparing correspondence, reports and HR documentation, coordinating onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, supporting HR projects and initiatives, maintaining accurate employee records, and acting as a key point of contact for internal HR-related queries.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, strong organisational and communication skills, and a genuine interest in developing a career in HR. Discretion, attention to detail and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced office-based environment are essential.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday. The client offers structured training, hands-on HR exposure and long-term development into a broader HR role for the right individual.
