We are working alongside a thriving East London based law firm and they are seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join the firm, the role holder will be fully office based. The team has extensive experience handling a variety of complex civil litigation cases.
The successful candidate will be working on general litigation matters, particularly landlord and tenant and housing matters. Cases will include tenant and landlord conflicts, trespassing and property damage charges, as well as boundary disputes. You will work on matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, including compliance with court deadlines and civil litigation procedural requirements.
Applicants will possess a practising certificate in England and Wales and demonstrate a strong background in civil litigation, including post qualification experience within this area. First class client service skills are paramount coupled with the ability to manage a complex caseload.
