Job description
What you’ll be doing;
*Supporting major strategic transactions, including M&A cost due diligence and supplier integration
*Driving transformation through better insight, smarter reporting, and stronger financial control
*Partnering with senior stakeholders to design innovative, performance-based commercial models
*Making sure every supplier decision stands up to regulatory, legal, and risk scrutiny
*Leading high-impact, end-to-end strategic sourcing across key categories
*Turning deep spend and cost analysis into clear, executive-level commercial strategies

What you bring;
*Confidence working on M&A or large strategic change programmes, demonstrating experience in cost due diligence and supplier integration

*Strong commercial negotiation skills.
*Good understanding of third-party risk and regulated environments.
*The ability to support migration, challenge, influence, and partner with senior leaders.
