We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 6 month FTC. This role is working for a Corporate firm based in the City and is paying up to 45k. Previous Recuitment experience either in house or through an agency is essential.
The role
liaise with recruitment consultants on the delivery of CVs and candidate specs
assist line managers with the selection of candidates to interview
arrange interviews ie liaise with recruitment consultants, interviewers, candidates re timings, book rooms, meet and greet
proactively gather, communicate and record feedback from interviewers and candidates
keep recruitment trackers up to date
once the successful candidate is selected, arrange offer letters, contracts
arrange onboarding meetings and inductions and throughout the process
prepare weekly metrics for HRD on the status of each role
