Job Description:
An established and highly respected independent estate agency in Wimbledon is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to support the running and growth of a successful residential sales branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step into management, or an existing Assistant Sales Manager seeking a strong brand, quality stock and real progression.
Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Manager *Supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales office
*Driving performance, instructions and agreed sales
*Carrying out market appraisals and winning new business
*Managing negotiations through to successful completion
*Motivating, mentoring and supporting the sales team
*Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts
*Maintaining excellent local market knowledge and service standards
About You*Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
*Currently working as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager
*Confident carrying out valuations and handling negotiations
*Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
*Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
*Ambitious, motivated and keen to progress your career
What’s on Offer*Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission
*OTE circa £65,000–£70,000
