Production Operative - Harlow, Essex
Contract Type: Temporary
Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
About the Role We are recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy production site in Harlow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, consistency, and being part of a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities *Packing items on a production line
*Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
*Maintaining hygiene and quality standards
*Keeping the work area clean and safe
*Following all health and safety procedures
*Manual handling and heavy lifting up to 20kg
Requirements *Previous production, warehouse or packing experience is helpful but not essential
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
*Comfortable with manual handling and long periods of standing
*Good work ethic and reliability are essential
*Must be eligible to work in the UK

Shifts This role operates on a weekly rotating basis:
*Week 1: 6am - 2pm
*Week 2: 2pm - 10pm
