Contract Senior Project Manager - London
Location: St Paul’s, London (site-based)
Contract Duration: Approx. 35 weeks (including 9 weeks demolition)
Rate: Circa £425 per day
Start: ASAP

* Type: Full demolition followed by CAT B commercial fit-out

o 5 floors + basement
o Approx. 30 sq ft per floor
o Kitchen & canteen installation

Role
We are seeking a contract Senior Project Manager to take the project from pre-construction through to completion. The role requires strong commercial capability and hands-on experience delivering London fit-out projects.
The Senior PM will manage delivery via 2 Construction Managers on site and will report into the Construction Director (who reports to the Head of Construction).

Key Requirements

* Senior Project Manager with London commercial fit-out experience
* Strong pre-construction and commercial management capability
* Proven delivery of:
o Full demolition works
o CAT B fit-outs
*
* Experience managing Construction Managers / site teams
* Comfortable operating on £5m-£15m projects
* Available immediately or at short notice
