The organisation is committed to inclusion, sustainability and creating environments where residents feel supported and valued.The role As a Resident Services Associate, you play a key role in the front-of-house team, acting as a consistent point of contact for residents and visitors. The Resident Services Associate supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the building while helping to create a welcoming and well-managed environment.
Key responsibilities for the Resident Services Associate include:
* Delivering a high standard of resident service across all touchpoints.

* Acting as a visible front-of-house presence, including meet and greet, reception and parcel handling.

* Supporting resident engagement and community initiatives.

* Managing amenity spaces and supporting day-to-day building operations.

* Assisting with inspections, lettings viewings and ad-hoc operational tasks.

* Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.

* Supporting tenancy, income and unit management activities where required.

* Maintaining awareness of health and safety requirements on site and following agreed procedures.

This role requires availability for 1 in 5 Saturdays, planned in advance and shared across the team.
The skills This role is particularly well suited to candidates from hospitality or other high-touch customer service environments, where delivering a consistently high standard of service is central.
You will ideally bring:
* Working knowledge of customer-focused service delivery.

* Experience working as part of a team in a resident, guest or client-facing setting.

* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

* The ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and external partners.

* A professional and well-presented approach.

* Awareness of health and safety practices within a managed environment.

* A positive and resilient mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications in property or customer service are advantageous but not essential.
