We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in South West London who are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy Wimbledon branch.
This role would suit an experienced estate agency professional with a proven track record in residential sales.
Key Responsibilities for a Senior Sales Negotiator *Manage the residential sales process from valuation through to completion
*Carry out property viewings and negotiate offers
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
*Generate new business and win new instructions
*Achieve individual and branch sales targets
*Deliver a high level of customer service
*Work closely with the Branch Manager and sales team
Requirements for a Senior Sales Negotiator *Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
*Experience at Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Negotiator level
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Target-driven and highly organised
*Full UK driving licence
Salary & Package*Basic salary £24,000
*OTE £64,000
