Gillespie Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing and highly successful energy solutions business and is recruiting for Energy Sales Advisors to join a fast-paced, supportive sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for driven sales professionals to work within a positive and modern sales environment, offering strong earning potential, long-term progression and an outstanding work–life balance. You will be speaking with customers about energy solutions, building rapport, identifying needs and converting warm and outbound leads into completed sales.

The role*Make outbound sales calls to customers regarding energy products and services.
*Build strong relationships and confidently handle objections.
*Accurately explain products and pricing to customers.
*Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales KPIs.
*Maintain accurate customer records on internal CRM systems.
*Work collaboratively within a supportive and energetic sales team.
*Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the sales process.
Essential experience*Previous experience in a sales or telesales environment.
*Currently working within the energy sector.
*Confident and professional telephone manner.
*Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn commission.
*Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively.
*Strong communication skills with a good standard of English and Maths.
*Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude.
Benefits*Competitive salary dependent on experience plus up to 20% commission.
*4-day working week option. Hit daily KPIs and enjoy Fridays off.
*December fully paid off.
*Working hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday.
