Marketing Executive
  • England,Yorkshire and The Humber,West Yorkshire,Leeds
  • Full Time, Permanent
  • £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Job Description:
Our client is a growing investment firm with several brands across advisory services and digital platforms. They are looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across the business.
This is a practical, hands-on role. The business operates both a relationship-led advisory service and a digital, membership-based model built around online content and recurring revenue, giving exposure to different audiences and ways of working.
The role works alongside a retained marketing agency and focuses on delivery rather than strategy, making it a strong entry point for a graduate or early-career marketer who wants to learn by doing.

The role
You will support marketing activity across multiple brands, including:
*Coordinating and delivering agreed marketing actions
*Acting as a day-to-day contact with the retained marketing agency
*Managing social media activity, particularly LinkedIn
*Updating website content and uploading new material
*Turning articles, events and announcements into digital and social content
*Supporting email campaigns and content distribution
*Assisting with events, including logistics, invitations and follow-up
*Keeping marketing contact lists and CRM data up to date
*Helping prepare presentations and marketing materials
In a typical week, you might be scheduling social posts, updating website content, preparing materials for an event, supporting an email campaign, or following up with contacts afterwards. The work is varied and practical.

How the role will develop
To begin with, the focus is on delivery and learning the basics. Over time, the role is expected to take on more responsibility, including digital and content activity currently handled externally, and to become part of the in-house marketing capability as the business grows.

About you
*A fresh or recent marketing graduate, or 1-3 years in to your marketing career
*Organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
*Attentive to detail and how things come across externally
*Confident using social media and websites in a professional setting
*Happy getting stuck in and learning as you go
*Interested in business, professional services or digital platforms
*Desirable: some exposure to Canva and/or Adobe tools (such as InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop)

Why apply
This is a genuine entry-level role offering broad exposure across multiple brands and business models, real responsibility from day one, close day-to-day learning alongside experienced marketers, access to training and development, and the opportunity to grow as the business grows within a small, professional team where your contribution will be noticed.

Diversity, equity and inclusion
Our client is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. They welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences and aim to create an environment where people feel respected, supported and able to do their best work. Appointments are made on merit, and reasonable adjustments will be made throughout the recruitment process where required.
