Job Role: Tea & Coffee Points Assistant
Location: Oxford Street, London
Salary: £14.28 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Houston & Hawkes are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Tea & Coffee Points Assistant to join our team in London. You will play an important role in maintaining our tea and coffee points, supporting day-to-day service and ensuring our clients receive a warm and seamless experience.

Duties:
• Maintaining fully stocked, clean and well-presented tea and coffee points throughout the building
• Preparing and replenishing beverages, snacks and essentials in line with Houston & Hawkes standards
• Supporting meeting rooms with refreshments as required
• Keeping service areas, equipment and stations clean, tidy and well organised
• Assisting with light general duties such as basic cleaning, restocking and supporting the wider hospitality team when needed
• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly, proactive manner
• Responding quickly to requests and ensuring all areas are maintained throughout the day
• Monitoring hygiene standards and following food safety procedures
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality, catering or customer service is desirable
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and professional presentation
• Friendly, helpful and confident when interacting with clients and colleagues
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Reliability, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
