PFI SPV Manager
Location: Scotland (Central Belt)
£80K - £90K, 30% bonus, company pension, hybrid working, private medical insurance
Our client are an infrastructure investor client who are seeking an experienced PFI SPV Manager to manage the delivery and ongoing performance of infrastructure projects on behalf of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), across both construction and operational phases.
The role is responsible for ensuring Project Co meets its obligations under the Project Documents and Management Services Agreement, while acting in the best interests of the SPV in dealings with clients, shareholders, contractors and advisors.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide overall management of Project Co across construction and operations.
*Act as the primary interface with the Client and represent Project Co at meetings.
*Develop, implement and maintain Project Co policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
*Monitor construction, health & safety, programme delivery and operational performance.
*Manage project risks, change, issues and lifecycle planning.
*Oversee the performance and compliance of Sub-Contractors and Service Providers.
*Review performance reports, manage performance shortfalls and support monthly invoicing.
*Manage relationships with technical advisors, independent certifiers and insurers.
*Prepare board reports, risk reports and information required under finance documents.
*Provide commercial support, including interpretation of payment mechanisms and performance standards.
About You
*Strong experience in SPV / Project Company or PPP environments.
*Solid background in construction and operational asset management.
*Confident managing multiple stakeholders and complex contract structures.
*Commercially aware with strong reporting and communication skills.
