Learning Support Assistant - Sign Language
Salary: £19 - £27 per hour (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full time (37 hours pw) - Temporary
Are you experienced in supporting SEND learners with adept sign language skills?
A renowned educational establishment is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team as an LSA, supporting learners who communicate through British Sign Language.
With access to state-of-the-art facilities, and a supportive environment for both students and staff, this is a great opportunity to support an Oftsed ’Good’ rated College.

Responsibilities:
*Working as part of the learning support team, providing constructive and structured supported to learners with special educational needs and disabilities.
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
*Contribute towards EHCP’s where possible, suggesting adjustments where neccesary.
*Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
*Experience in this field and the ability to communicate via British Sign Language.
*An enhanced DBS.
*Experience working in a College is advantegous but not essential.
