Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation based in Witney (Stanton Harcourt) to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant. The Senior Accounts Assistant will receive a salary of up to £31,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working, you will only be expected in the office 2 days a week!
Primary responsibilities;
*Ensuring that all invoices are processed and paid promptly
*Resolving queries quickly and efficiently
*Maintaining the purchase ledger.
*Collaborating with suppliers and internal staff to resolve payment queries
*Reconciliation of Supplier Statements using our AI tool
*Processing Supplier Invoices
*Conducting account analysis
*Payment runs
*Any additional Adhoc duties
Key experience and attributes;
*3 years experience working in accounts payable
*Enthusiastic and motivated
*A Team player
*Positive working attitude
*Eager to advance career
*CIS experience is desirable
