Are you an experienced Workshop Engineer, Supervisor or Manager with a Plant or M&E background looking to step into a hands-on leadership role with a well-established and growing company offering furth career progression?

This company are a respected player in the plant hire industry, providing their high-quality machinery nationwide. Due to growth, they are looking for a Workshop Manager to ensure their fleet is maintained to the highest standards and operations run smoothly.

This is a Monday-Friday role managing a workshop team of supervisors, engineers, fitters, and yard staff. You will oversee machinery service schedules, off-hire inspections, repairs, and yard movements, while ensuring health & safety compliance and efficiency across the site.

This role would suit a Workshop Manager or Supervisor with strong technical knowledge and proven team leadership skills, looking for a secure position with clear responsibility and influence.
