Job Description:
Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Luxury Travel, Remote, £55-65k. A superb luxury travel brand is looking for a strategic, commercially minded Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive sustainable customer and revenue growth.
In this senior role, you’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product and Client Experience to shape long-term growth strategy and turn it into actionable plans. You’ll own acquisition efficiency, paid media diversification, segmentation and forecasting, while ensuring brand-led, data-driven execution across all key channels.
What you’ll do
*Develop and implement growth strategies to improve acquisition efficiency and LTV
*Drive sustainable revenue and customer growth across paid and organic channels
*Collaborate with Brand, Product and Content teams to align messaging, UX and landing pages
*Present forecasts and strategic insights to senior stakeholders
*Help define segmentation and positioning alongside Sales and Product
*Champion strategic thinking across the wider marketing function
What we’re looking for
*4+ years’ experience in growth marketing with proven commercial impact
*Experience marketing to affluent or HNW audiences (luxury or travel experience a plus)
*Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
*Highly analytical, outcome-focused, and comfortable owning CAC/LTV performance
*Independent, proactive, and collaborative in approach
What’s on offer
*Salary: £55,000–£65,000 (DOE) + performance bonus
*Flexible and remote working (although the team meet approximately on a quarterly basis in Central London)
