We are working with a leading law firm in Oxford, who are seeking a motivated Patent Paralegal to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
To be successful, you will have 2+ years’ experience working within a patent support role, as an administrator or paralegal. Strong patent formalities experience is required as well as docketing skills. The CIPA qualification will be advantageous, but this is not essential.
Within this role, you will be providing high-level administrative support to Patent Attorneys. You will be drafting and filing patent & design applications; acknowledging official communications; liaising with IPOs; updating clients on their cases; maintaining cases within the firm’s IP management system; keeping track of important deadlines etc.
