*Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
*Support managers in handling disciplinary and grievance cases effectively and professionally.
*Support in driving continual process improvements
*Look at trends amongst the ER cases
*Offer advice on performance management and employee engagement strategies.
*Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address complex employee relations issues.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases.
*Deliver training and support to line managers on employee relations best practices.
*Monitor and report on employee relations trends within the organisation
Profile
A successful ER Consultant should have:
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
*Strong experience with ER - namely grievances
*Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong letter writing skills and confidence to operate autonomously
*The ability to provide clear and practical advice to managers and employees.
*Experience working within the leisure, travel & tourism industry is a plus.
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
*High attention to detail and organisational skills.
Job Offer
*Competitive daily rate of GBP 360 to GBP 440, depending on experience.
