Mitchell Adam are working with a dynamic and fast paced business on a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Finance Manager to join a leading business within their Central Finance Team, initially on an interim basis..
As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role within a strong and supportiveteam to ensure the smooth running of the Accounting Operations. This role will be working across several key areas including consolidated billing, clearing account management and cost allocations. You’ll have the chance to take ownership of key finance processes while working closely with other departments to drive efficiencies and improve financial operations.
Ideally, you will:
*Be an experienced Part Qualified Accountant with a strong understanding of double entry accounting principles, proficient Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and reconcile large sets of data.
*Have worked across multiple finance systems, Oracle Fusion is desired.
*Be an excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate across both financial and non financial teams.
*Have a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
