Job Description:
An excellent opportunity for a Bordereaux Analyst to join a leading London market insurer on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
Responsibilities will include:
*Submitting relevant Bordereaux to the Binder Bordereaux System for processing data, creating risk and premium mapping templates for new binders/sections, and amending existing templates when needed
*Binder data entry into the Business’ systems (Risk, Premium and Claims)
*Resolving validation errors on binder data and escalating issues to Underwriters, Coverholders or the Delegated Underwriting Team when required
*Working towards improving binder data quality over time through discussions with brokers, underwriters and claims bordereaux account managers
*Continually reviewing and looking to deliver efficiencies and streamlining processes
Experience and skills required:
*Mapping and processing of Risk and Premium Bordereaux to a Bordereaux Management System
*Knowledge of Risk, Premium and Claims Bordereaux and Lloyd’s V5.2 standards
*Understanding of Delegated Authority
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Knowledge of the London Insurance Market
*Good communication skills
*Analytical skills
