Job Title: Customer Experience Representative
Location: Slough
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
A customer service role, delivering exceptional customer experience to existing customers. Our client is looking for someone to deliver exceptional customer experiences through both inbound and outbound interactions. This role supports customers by resolving queries, providing product/service information, and proactively engaging to enhance satisfaction, retention, and sales opportunities.
*Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and via omni channel.
*Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
*Place inbound telephone orders and upselling key product range accordingly.
*Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
*Log and manage customer interactions using CRM systems.
*Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
*Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
*Make proactive outbound calls to promote products, services, and special offers.
*Execute targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue and customer engagement.
*Reach out to lapsed or at-risk customers to support retention and win-back efforts.
*Collect customer feedback through surveys and service reviews.
*Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and history.
