Senior Marketing ManagerWe’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead high-impact marketing activity that directly supports revenue growth, lead generation, and customer retention. This role will be 2 days in the office and 3 days remote working.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll manage a multidisciplinary marketing team and deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, support the sales funnel, and deliver measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities*Deliver marketing campaigns that drive leads, pipeline growth, and revenue.
*Partner closely with Sales to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
*Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring clear priorities and delivery.
*Plan and optimise multi-channel campaigns, tracking performance against KPIs and ROI.
*Translate business and revenue goals into actionable marketing plans.
*Ensure consistent, high-quality brand and messaging across all channels.
About You*At least 2 years in a senior marketing manager role.
*Strong understanding of the full marketing mix (digital, content, email, SEO, paid media, social).
*Proven experience delivering marketing that supports sales performance and revenue growth.
*Commercially minded, data-driven, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
