Job Description:
Warehouse Operative - Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our manufacturing client.
Salary: up to £27,000 (DOE & FLT Licence)
Location: Aylesbury
Contract: Permanent
Hours:Mon- Thurs 9am-5:30pm & Fri 9am-5pm
Duties:
*Receiving and inspecting goods upon arrival including checking quantities and storing in correct location. Checking for damage and missing items.
*Picking and packing customer orders accurately to meet deadlines and to the correct specification.
*Regular stock takes, coordinating stock materials and dealing with any stock discrepancies.
*Re-palletise containers up to 25kg each and move stock around by hand when required.
*Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks.
*Ensuring workplace safety by following Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements:
*Previous warehousing experience
*Strong attention to detail,
*Good numeracy and literacy skills
*Physically able to lift up to 25kg
