Job Description:
Pratap Partnership is pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused Administrator to join a dynamic international company based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining flexible remote work with on-site responsibilities with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Providing efficient administrative support across the international sales department, supporting team members with related admin
*Liaising with business customer queries via email professionally on a daily basis
*Using the CRM system to record accurately
*Co-ordinating the planning of events and training days
*Ensuring travel bookings are accurate including international travel
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*Experience in administration or a customer-service focused role
*Strong written English skills, able to adapt style - this role is the first point of contact for potential business customers
*Use of a CRM system or similar
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Personable and professional manner
*Team-focused individual
*Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems swiftly
*Motivated to contribute to a growing business environment and own personal and professional development

Location:
The role is based between Huddersfield & Wakefield, with a hybrid working model to promote work-life balance. The role is full-time Monday-Friday 40 hours.
