Salary: Up to £75,000
Fully qualified Accountant - CIMA, ACCA or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the entire finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
*Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in line with group standards
*Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and annual budgets
*Coordinate statutory accounts and external audits
*Maintain compliance with internal policies, controls, and governance standards
*Act as a strategic partner to operational and commercial teams, providing insightful financial analysis
*Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
*Support cost control initiatives, margin enhancement, and working capital management
*Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting
*Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
What You Bring:
*Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
*Proven experience in a senior finance role, such as Finance Manager or similar
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
*Experience working within structured, multinational, or matrix organizations
*Hands-on experience managing audits and statutory reporting
*Analytical mindset with the ability to support strategic and operational decision-making
*Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or finance systems
