Required Skills:
*Expertise in Excel with strong numerical and analytical abilities
*CIPA or CITMA qualification (essential)
*Solid understanding of VAT rules related to billing (preferable)
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently across all levels of the organization
*Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
*Proven experience working in a partnership or professional services environment
*Tactful, persistent, and confident when dealing with senior personnel and clients
*Experience with billing software systems and familiarity with system upgrades and training
Preferred Education and Experience:
*Relevant professional qualification (CIPA or CITMA)
*Previous experience in a legal or professional services firm, specifically in billing roles
Other Requirements:
*Ability to work flexibly around core hours (10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm) with remote working options up to 40% per week
