Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit a Maintenance Manager.

As Maintenance Manager, you will lead a small, established maintenance team while improving equipment reliability, safety and site performance You will take ownership of maintenance, facilities and compliance across the site, balancing hands on technical input with clear leadership.
The role
*Lead preventative and reactive maintenance across injection moulding machines, assembly equipment and site infrastructure
*Ensure all plant and facilities meet safety, legal and compliance requirements
*Implement and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance programme and documentation
*Control maintenance budgets, spare parts and contractor relationships
*Support fault finding, validation and programming on moulding and assembly machinery
The person
*Level 3 Engineering qualification
*Proven maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
*Strong background in injection moulding, tooling and multi cavity moulds
*Confident people leader with a practical, solutions focused approach
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a pressurised environment
